Terms and Conditions Agreement

By completing checking in, either via online or at front desk guests are agreeing to all terms set out below, and agree to pay for any charges incurred as a result; • The guest agrees that they are responsible to any damages incurred or any disappearance of items from the property, such as furniture, pictures, appliances, linens etc. • ALL ROOMS are non smoking rooms and vacation homes, there will be a minimum $250 for smoking inside any room/home. • ALL rooms are pet free (unless specified otherwise), there will be a minimum $250 for pets brought in any room/home. • Guest agrees that they are responsible for compensating my neighbors that are disturbed and/or inconvenienced as a result of any negligent behavior on their part, or any other member of their party including pets. Quiet time is from 11:00 PM. • All used dishes MUST be loaded into dishwashers prior to check out. A $50 fee will be added to guests who leave dishes for staff to clean. • Check out is at 11:00am. Please bring all keys back to the front desk to check out. If you have an access code, please call the front desk when you depart. Additional charges will be applied for any late check outs. • I am 19 years of age or more. Before I sign this Release, I confirm that I have read it. I state that I understand it. I am aware that by signing this Release I am waiving certain legal rights which I may have against The Vance Creek Hotel or, if I die, by signing this Release I am waiving certain legal rights which my Legal Representatives may have against Silver Star Accommodation. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY In consideration of Vance Creek Hotel Property Management. renting, or making available, the accommodation to me, I, together with my heirs, next-of-kin, executors, administrators and assignees, collectively called my (Legal Representatives) agree as follows: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I may have against The Vance Creek Hotel including its employees, contractors, and homeowners. 2. TO RELEASE VANCE CREEK HOTEL AND THE OWNER OF THE PREMISIS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I or my Legal Representative may suffer as a result of my renting of the accommodation due to any cause whatsoever including negligence on the part of The Vance Creek Hotel. 3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY The Vance Creek Hotel. from any and all liability for any property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from my rental of the accommodation.

I agree to the rate(s) and Date of Departure as noted above. Further, I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the amount of such charges is not paid.
