Cancellation Policy

Summer

All reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit at time of booking.  Exceptions to this are reservations made as part of a group block.  

7 days prior to arrival, full payment will be taken from the credit card on file.  After this 7 days, cancellations and changes to the reservation will not be permitted.

 

Winter-Holiday Season (December 16th to January 1st)

All reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit at time of booking.  No Exceptions.

30 days prior to arrival, full payment will be taken from the credit card on file.   After this 30 days, cancellations and changes to the reservation will not be permitted.

 

Winter Season-Non Holiday Season

Pet Policy

Vance Creek Hotel & Conference Centre is a Pet Friendly environment!  Our staff would love to welcome your four legged family member to our property!

Please note that Pet rooms must be booked ahead of time as we only offer a limited number.  There is an additional $20 per night pet fee that will be charged to your account upon arrival.  

We love pets as much as you do, however, please note that for the comfort and safety of your fellow guests noise complaints and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in additional charges or removal of pet and guest from the hotel property.

Please note that any guest who brings a pet into a room without hotel knowledge will be subject to the $20 pet fee as well as additional fees for deep cleaning of non-pet friendly units.
